How to use

Wet Your Hair: Start by thoroughly wetting your hair with lukewarm water. This helps to open up the hair cuticles and allows the shampoo to penetrate better.

Apply the Shampoo: Take an appropriate amount of Mr. Muk Dandruff Control Shampoo (usually a quarter-sized amount is sufficient, but adjust based on your hair length) and apply it to your scalp.

Lather Up: Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp with your fingertips. Focus on the areas where dandruff is most prevalent. Create a lather by working the shampoo through your hair and scalp.

Leave It In: Allow the shampoo to sit for a few minutes. This gives the active ingredients time to work on the scalp and help control dandruff.

Rinse Thoroughly: After a few minutes, rinse your hair thoroughly with water to remove all the shampoo.

Repeat if Necessary: If your scalp is particularly oily or dirty, you may choose to repeat the shampoo process.

Condition: Follow up with a conditioner (if desired) to keep your hair hydrated and manageable, applying it mainly to the ends of your hair and avoiding the scalp.

Frequency: For best results, use the shampoo regularly as directed—typically a few times a week. Adjust based on your hair and scalp condition.

Founder and Director, Mark Gariglio, wanted to create a campaign that had an element of tongue in cheek, playing on the brand's name and heritage, while still keeping the focus on beautiful, styled hair.

This shift represents the brand's coming of age and their new partnerships that will elevate their image and reach both locally and internationally. To bring their vision to life, muk Haircare enlisted some of the best creative minds in the industry, including Creative Director and stylist Nick Irwin and photographer Rankin. The result was a stunning and playful campaign called "Inception," which looks back on the brand's past in order to move forward into the future.
