Preparation: Start with clean, towel-dried hair. For best results, use the masque after shampooing with a moisturizing shampoo from the Alterna Caviar line.

Application: Scoop a generous amount of the masque into your hands. The amount you need will depend on your hair length and thickness, but generally, a walnut-sized amount is a good starting point.

Distribute: Apply the masque evenly through your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends where hair is typically the driest and most damaged. Avoid applying the product directly to your roots unless your scalp is particularly dry.

Massage: Gently massage the masque into your hair to ensure it penetrates deeply into the strands.

Leave In: Allow the masque to sit in your hair for 3-5 minutes for a quick treatment. For deeper conditioning, leave it on for 10-15 minutes. You can also cover your hair with a shower cap or warm towel to enhance the conditioning effects.

Rinse: Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water to seal the hair cuticle and lock in moisture. Make sure all of the product is rinsed out to prevent any residue.

Style: After rinsing, style your hair as usual. For added moisture and protection, you can follow up with a leave-in conditioner or styling cream from the Alterna Caviar line.
