Preparation: After shampooing your hair, gently squeeze out excess water. This ensures that the conditioner can penetrate the hair shaft more effectively.

Application: Apply a generous amount of Alterna Caviar Bond Repair Conditioner to your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. If you have very fine hair, you may want to use a smaller amount to avoid weighing down your hair.

Distribute: Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner evenly throughout your hair. This helps to ensure that every strand is coated and benefits from the reparative properties of the conditioner.

Leave In: Allow the conditioner to sit in your hair for 2-3 minutes. For deeper conditioning, you can leave it on for up to 5 minutes.
